Botanica and Caffe D'AmoreBetween September 2000 and May 2004 I designed labels for several lines of food and drink products produced by Botanica Foods and Caffe D'Amore. Botanica specializes in "healthy, all natural, and herb infused products" and Caffe D'Amore in gourmet specialty coffees and beverages. |

McReynolds CabinetsAfter many years as a woodworker my father decided to showcase his work online and asked me to build him a web page. It was an awesome experience helping my dad catalog his projects, which are diverse. In addition to creating the layout and page design I took and edited many of the photographs appearing on the page. |

FACESFACES, the Forum for American/Chinese Exchange at Stanford, is a student-run organization that promotes good relations between the U.S. and China. In February 2006 I completed work on an upgrade to their existing web presence, porting and updating content from the existing website as well as adding new content. During the process a completely new design was introduced. Update: FACES has put up a new website. The link above now points to an archive of the site I built for the organization in 2006. FACES is online at faces.stanford.edu. |

PhotographyAs an amateur photographer, I enjoy shooting and editing digital photos. Sometimes I have the opportunity to work with my own photographs in professional design projects, but it's mostly just a hobby. |

FlashMy experience with Flash is limited, but I spent some time working with the technology while prototyping a website for a Los Angeles talent agency. While I didn't ultimately take on the project, I found that my experience with object-oriented programming made learning ActionScript a breeze. The prototype I did for Partos in L.A. is neither complete nor particularly innovative, but it showcases some cool animation techniques. |

Miscellaneous DesignIn addition to my professional and formal work I also enjoy design as a hobby. Here are a couple projects I've done on my own. |

DoodlesWhile their existence may not reflect well on my attentiveness at lectures, these doodles (captured from the pages of my old college notebooks) are an item of quirky nostalgia for me. |
